It was the fourth book Sorey had decided to read that involved knights from distant lands. ‘Does this kid have a fetish or something..?’ Although, Sakura had to admit it was rather relaxing listening to someone else as they continued to talk… It wasn’t that the story wasn’t interesting.. But she was so tired.
The pinkette slowly began to doze off, nodding her head every so often, trying to prove to the brunette that he had her full attention- although they both knew that wasn’t the case.
“Are you a knight too, kid? Is that why you like all of this stuff so much?” Sakura’s eyes were fluttering shut, but she couldn’t help but wondered why he was so interested in this sort of story. Maybe it was the fantasy, the excitement of traveling, or maybe it was the sheer adventure that captivated him. Sakura decided she’d have to ask again later.. When she wasn’t so sleepy.
