Candles, Cobwebs, and Gore!

Candles: what’s your favourite scent?

I have a bunch of Autumn candles but I think Cinnamon Irish Cream has to be my favourite. I'm also not generally a fan of pumpkin flavoured things, but I love pumpkin scents.

Cobwebs: are you scared of insects?

Not really, I am the type of person who will pick up a spider and people will tell me I shouldn't because I don't know if it's venomous or not (sometimes I know).

Gore: are you squeamish?

I would not say so. I was watching Midsommar with some guys a week or two ago and I was expecting it to be more gorey from what I had heard but none of it bothered me, but the other two guys were wigging out the whole time.

03: Do you regret anything?

Oh, so many things. Right now my biggest regret is that I didn't go back to school sooner, but I'm working on it now at least!

19: Would you go back in time if you were given the chance?

Probably not. As much as I might want to change the past, everything that's happened in my life has made me the person I am today. Even the bad stuff. But I don't know. Maybe there are some things that haven't changed my life for the better. Hard to say, but I'm leaning towards no.

22: Do you want to have kids? How many?

Absolutely not. I have a nephew with two deadbeat parents so I've done more parenting than I ever wanted to do. I love my nephew so much and I feel bad for him ending up with shitty parents, but I never wanted that responsibility for myself.

62: What makes you happy?

So many things. Going on walks, video games, good food, and spending time with friends and loved ones.

68: Who’s the last person you had a deep conversation with?

My mom. She's gotten super into keeping up with politics lately, and last night we had a long talk about a lot of stuff.

69: Do you believe in soulmates?

Not really. At least, not in the sense that there is one perfect match out there for everyone. If anything, I would say soulmates are forged through clear communication, respect, understanding, and compromise.

1.) Do you like resting your head in a boy's lap, or on his shoulder?

I'd probably have to say shoulder. Ideal way to watch a movie together.

Oh, that's tough. A fun fact about me is that every first date I've been on has been pretty amazing, but they've also all been very different. I'd say the best recipe is some sort of light activity like bowling or mini-golf followed by getting food together after. Although I'm now realizing this doesn't say "first date". I'll stand by what I said though.

18.) What’s more romantic: cabin getaway, or tropical vacation?

I feel like a cabin getaway is more romantic, but I watch too many horror movies, so I'd probably feel better going on a tropical vacation.

20.) Do you believe in love at first sight?

I don't think I do. I believe in "love at first getting to know each other" though.

36.) Would you enjoy it if he bought you flowers?

Absolutely. I would love it if someone bought me flowers.

40.) What’s one of your fave love songs?

That's really tough. It ended up being between three songs by the same band, but I had to go with Magic Zone by Volbeat.

My least favourite pokemon are probably Trubbish and Garbodor. Sorry but, leaking trash bag? Grody.

My first game was Pokemon Blue back in the day.

My favourite game is probably HGSS. Johto is so nostalgic for me, and I really liked the old pixel art style of the older games. But also ORAS gave us Archie's improved design so that's a close runner up.

Hmmm. I'm gonna say Dunsparce. Dunsparce deserves better; Dunsparce the world.

the high priestess: what is your dream date?Honestly, just like, a date. I’ve actually had a few really great first dates and it doesn’t even really matter what we do or where we go, I just like spending time with someone and realizing how much I like them.

death: what are three things you want to do before you die?Uh, have pets, get married, and travel the world. Idk kinda generic, I just want to live before I die.

the devil: do you enjoy thunderstorms?Depends, I like rain, and thunderstorms can be kind of soothing sometimes if they’re pretty mild but severe/loud thunderstorms are bad, so overall I’ll say no.

1. Do you like to play in the snow, or watch it from inside?

I’m more likely to watch it from inside. I love snow but hate the cold.

3. Is kissing under the mistletoe romantic or cliche?

Maybe a bit of both? But like, kissing is always good, so I wouldn’t complain.

7. How would you react if he gave you his jacket when he saw you shivering?

I would appreciate it a lot and also keep the jacket forever.

8. Which do you prefer: cooking holiday meals together, having him cook, or having you cook? Why?

Together. Doing things together is cute and fun.

12. What’s a gift you’d love to receive from a boy during the holidays?

Honestly, anything homemade or anything that shows he knows me, if that makes sense? Like something he remembered I wanted or thought I’d like.

25. One of you slips on some ice. Are you more likely to be the clumsy one, or the one to catch him?

Neither? I’m not likely to be the one to fall, but I doubt I’d actually be able to catch someone else while they’re falling.

💘 - what personality traits are attractive to you?

Honesty, a sense of humour, kindness, the ability to listen. And while not really a personality trait, having common interests and the ability to just talk to each other is super important.💋 - what do you find physically attractive?

Uh, big hairy guys haha. Muscular, chubby, either is A+, but body hair and facial hair is very very good, especially beards and goatees. Other than that, blue eyes, dark hair, a cute face.

EDIT: There isn’t necessarily anything I find attractive in woman tbh

7. are you a morning time gay or night time gay?

Night gay, for sure. I don’t really like sleeping in necessarily, but I do love not having to get out of bed haha.

8. opinion on nap dates?

Just chilling with someone, lying down and cuddling, is like, the best thing. 10/10 need more of that in my life.

13. what is a misconception you had about lgb people before you realized you were one?

I was pretty young when I realized I was Not Straight, and I had never met anyone before then or for quite a while after who was lgb (that I know of at least), so it’s kind of hard for me to say. I can’t really think of any misconceptions I had back then.

19. video game gay, book gay, or movie gay?

I used to be a book gay but I’m definitely a video game gay now. I’d like to try to find a balance between the two if I could.
