My momma finally got her degree in computer science!!! This morning it got pretty emotional when she thanked me for keeping my promise of finishing. I can't tell you how supportive this lady has been to me. We haven't always be close but we have worked hard over the last 15 years and I can honestly say that she is my best friend and my biggest cheerleader. When we marched out and everyone was headed in one direction, I ran like little boys do, to the lady who has sacrificed so much to ensure my success, and handed her HER diploma because she worked so hard to get it. Not in the classroom, but how she prayed for me and encouraged me and most importantly, how she loved me and understood that I was unique and awkward and embraced that to the fullest. My proudest moment to date is keeping my promise to my mother, the one who has been there through thick and thin. Congratulations on your degree momma, I love you to pieces. #proudson #mommasboy #shesawesome #shepurty (at The Show Place Arena)
