I'm almost certain the top one is legit because John's got a new outfit on and the leather gloves which I'm pretty sure have only turned up in series 3, plus that's the new scarf. And it fits with the London Underground thing. The only other thing it could be for is maybe for Hound, but it doesnt look like they're outside.
