I'm sorry but my favorite Destiel head canon is that once Dean and Cas finally do get together they always are kissing and shit and Sam is never around but the moment that things get heated and they start having sex Sam automatically shows up and yells at them every single time and one time Dean just yells back at Sam that he has a radar or something that tells Sam he needs to interrupt their time together because every single time they are only doing PG rated things he is never around but once they start getting a little past PG-13 he shows up like clockwork and they all just get mad and then Dean and Cas finally get to the point where they don't even care if Sam walks in and they just keep going and Sam just walks back out and waits until they are finished and he can never look either of them in the eye again because he saw too much and I am just having a lot of Destiel feels right now
