❀ - favourite thing to do when bored
i’m gonna be super boring and say read? either actual fun reading (guess who’s got a new translation of helen woop woop) or reading for classes - i’m overloading this semester so the answer to ‘i’m bored, what do i do’ is always 'have you done the reading?'. tonight's agenda: ‘Antigone the Lawyer, or the Ambiguities of Nomos’, ‘Greeks and Celts: the Creation of a Myth’, Demosthenes’ Against Meidias and Against Conon, and “What Role Can Digital Heritage Play in the Re-imagining of National Identities?: England and its Icons”. fun times.
♧ - 5 facts about your appearance
i have weirdly long, dexterous toes, and weirdly long, witchy fingers
my glasses are so thick that i’ve fooled everyone i know into thinking i have tiny eyes. then i put my contacts in and boom! moe. they’re HUGE. and also hazel
i don’t have any piercings, not even my ears! i have to wear clip-ons from claire’s which make me feel about five
i’m actually a lot taller than i look! people think i’m tiny because all of my friends are genuinely like six foot at least (drawbacks of living in a lads flat) so i’m the short one by default, but then when i talk to new people i realise that the five-inch heels are no longer neccessary and i’m the awkward looming one. it’s dispiriting.
i have two birthmarks on my right side, one on my hip-bone and one on my waist, in the exact size/shake/placement of a finger- and thumb-print, where someone with their arm around my waist would rest their hand. i didn’t notice the fingerprint shaped one until i was 15.
