Interesting! Even if your wishes could have a negative impact on yourself as well as others? What if you knew there was always going to be a severe negative side to your wishes, would you be paranoid wondering what they would be?

genie 1 because if I’m going to have wishes, then I’d like to know that they’re worthwhile and a smart decision instead of being in the dark

But what if they're never worthwhile? There's always a negative side to everything, you would have to sacrifice something (whether it be yours or someone else's) to get one of your wishes to come true.

I would choose the second genie and then sell him to the highest bidder

But how could you trust that the person who bought him from you wouldn't use him for things that could negatively effect you? Would you care that the highest bidder could use him for something like world domination or mass genocide?
