2 Objects: 2. The Shield of Evalach as a Trapped Demon.
The demon Evalach loved Josephus dearly, followed in his footsteps, pattered to be close. When his blood was smeared upon a bare shield, the creature crawled into the form, sealed itself safe and tight where it could always feel the warmth of Josephus' life force.
But then other men attempted to wield the shield--men Evalach did not love at all. One by one, the creature saw to it they relinquished what they had no right to.
