Daily Pokémon that was randomly selected: Shieldon!
Did you know that Shieldon was generated from a fossil dug out of a layer of clay that was older than anyone knows? A Pokémon that lived in jungles somewhere around 100 million years ago, although its fossils can be found inlayers of primeval rock, nothing but its face has ever been discovered. Many facial fossils of this Pokémon have been found, however almost none of these fossils have shown signs of damage to the face!
