Dad. Elliot always, always looked up to his father--and that hasn't changed, even in the years after his father's death.

Anastasia--his sister always makes him feel safe. As long as she's around, and alive, he's fine. But when something happens to her--something as petty as a fight with a friend--he struggles.

He kind of has a child; he is Anastasia's sole provider. When their parents died, he had to take on the role of mother and father.

When it comes to children of his own--he wants them, yes, but he worries about just how bad he'll screw them up. Name-wise, he'd probably name them something classic; He likes Julia, Charles, etc.

It wasn't so much a gift as much as it was a responsibility, but the casinos were a very significant gift. It put Elliot in a position of authority.

I love his crude nature and how he doesn't talk like he's from the Shakespearean period -- it makes him that much more real!
