steve froze, and his stomach dropped despite his attempts to keep a ( mostly ) neutral look. — but he couldn’t hide the concern in his eyes.

Bucky's expression twisted, hand going to rub at the crinkles of his brow. He was still not very good at words ---- years of silence mean that  finding the right way to express himself was not very easy. And yet, for Steve, he had to at least attempt it. The man's infinite patience was a constant source of wonder.

            "---- I ---- I don't know. I don't know what I want              to do, how to make decisions, what to ---- what              I'm supposed to do. All I've done for years is to              follow orders. That's all I know how to do."

                 3. i take great pride in my writing and vastly improve it seems with                     each year that passes.

                 4. i like how perceptive I am; understanding human emotion/reading                     in between the lines comes very easy to me. Probably because I                     am a writer who spends a great deal of time contemplating human                      emotion/reaction, but I can easily decipher words/actions of other                     people - and that’s pretty neat. ;)

                 5. I tend to avoid confrontation as much as possible. I hate making                      people feel like shit and, even if it is deserved, I feel guilty about                     it afterwards. I think compassion is a wonderful thing to have - so                     I wouldn’t want to change this about myself.
