BUT IN RP WORLD his AI won't deactivate the sphere (same as my canon i guess) and he resorts to monitoring the outside world from his little pocket of slipspace (whereas in personal canon he knows the rings fired and he is near-suicidal but so he just enters something similar (not quite the same but similar) to didact's cryptum-state to wait it out) so i guess he's ? more aware of what's going on in the outside world, he's logic-ed through the concept of the array firing and he's terribly afraid he's alone in the galaxy so communications is both alarming and so, so welcome he's a gigantic builder baby with nervous tendencies and a snappish demeanor
