A scent unfamiliar to him hits his nose as he walks, and his mind screams predator seconds before he raises his tail and darts off, weaving through the trees. Whatever it was, he didn't want to be anywhere near it.

He sits at his desk reading when he hears the door to his classroom open, "Hello and good evening," He looks at the new comer and raises a brow, "I'm Mr. Sole, a pleasure to meet you."
The breeder bows and smiles, handing you over a Pokeball.
“Thank you for your interest! We have looked over you application for our Cubchoo and it’s been approved! Here’s your Pokemon.”
She also hands over a small basket.
“Here are some supplies, a quick instruction pamphlet and starter kit A, like requested. If you have any questions, please feel free to visit us at the center! One of our breeders would be happy to help you in any way they can. Oh, and if you weren’t aware, you can push the small white button on the front of the Pokeball to release your new Pokemon.”
The breeder bows again.
“I do hope you have have wonderful adventures together!”
The breeder smiles and carries on with her work.
There’s a note inside the basket that reads: ”Dear Trainer, thank you very much for showing interest in one of our little ones! We try very hard to find good homes for each and every one of our Pokemon charges. Your Pokemon’s stats are as follows: Name: Cubchoo Gender: Female Level: 2 Nature: Brash Ability: Snow Cloak Moves: Powder Snow

Shift smiles at the breeder, taking the basket and the PokeBall with a nod of thanks and watched them walk away. "Well now, let's introduce you to the others," she says, pressing the button and smiling at the little bear. "Hi there, I'm your new trainer," she says gently, lifting the small bear from the ground and holding her. "And these are your new friends, Akari and Raiden." Turning slightly, she shows the small bear the other two pokemon, who looked at her curiously.
Raiden, the more curious of the two, moved closer, leaning up slightly to sniff at the smaller pokemon. Giving a smile, Shift kneels back down in front of the Raichu, "Can I trust you two to help me with her?" she asks, looking between the Rapidash and Raichu in turn.
The two look from the bear up to their trainer, then to each other. "Rai!" her Raichu answered, a smile on its face as it looked back to Shift. Akari just nickered, with a nod of her head. "I'm glad to hear it you two," Shift replies, before looking down at the bear. "I think we'll call you...Kouri."
Hearing the voice, her multi-colored eyes snap open and she jumps. "O-Oh!" Turning slightly, she saw a young man standing next to her. "S-Sorry...I can g-go."
“I didn’t say that now did I, Darling? I am curious as to why someone like you is out here though.”~
Just within the outskirts of the forest, a young girl was leaning against one of the trees, her eyes closed, almost like she was asleep.
He walks around the tree silently, leaning down. “It isn’t safe for little girls to wander off alone.”~
