Two "new" NPCs to introduce as well as their functions.

These are not a part of the Nursery and will only be used for roleplay related situations where the mun (writer) wants their muse (character) to have a new companion but the muse themselves would not ask in character.

The Mad Scientist

With the permission of the mun, distributes eggs to muses without warning, without reason, and sometimes without anyone knowing until it's too late. Chaotic, but not really malicious. Can also be referred to as Professor Apple though that is not advised. "Dr. Scientist" will do.

The Pokémon Fairy

Not to be confused with Fairy Pokémon, or Galar's infamous Gym Leader Opal, they distribute Pokémon but not eggs. These are given to those in need who won't / can't ask for themselves but secretly want a companion and are capable of providing a safe forever home.
