I’ve also had thought of a sort of Venom AU where Tate McGucket is in the place of Eddie Brock and that Shifty is a symbiote. Tate would hate anything weird but he takes a liking to Shifty and holds him back from totally eating people by getting him beans, fish and chocolate. Plus, Tate appreciates the boost in physical activity so he can do more work without any aches and pains he may have. They’d be one hell of a team. It becomes Shiftate.
For @the-ill-doctor who got me into this ship and I both love and hate them for it. I call it... Shiftate. (Because that’s my design for Shifty’s human form/disguise)
The palette was “Always” as in Tate is always having to help Shifty with his poor sense of self-preservation.
