Tried this Tonyuu (soy milk) Cream Pudding the other day from Shigezo and this is so good! Sweet and very pleasing texture.

https://t.co/P4x4fjQSK0

This is how I roll
We've been wanting to try Shigezo Izakaya for a while and finally got around to it this weekend. We ordered a bunch of dishes and were too hungry to remember to take a picture of some. We started off with steak carpaccio (top) that was absolutely amazing. It had a very refreshing ponzu sauce that perfectly complemented the steak and onions. Next we ordered a flank steak skewer (middle), chicken thigh yakitori, and a pork cheek skewer. The pork cheek skewer was the tastiest by far; we weren't too impressed with the other two. We also ordered a salmon teriyaki don (bottom), which was quite tasty and even had noticeably delicious rice. Ben's favorite was chicken karaage, which had a uniquely strong citrus flavor to it. All in all, it was quite a delicious meal!
Had a good evening with some great friends! 😊 #Shigezo #pdx #portland #japanesefood #friendstime
Pinkie had never been to a Japanese pub before! (And neither had I.) My wife and I joined some friends at one for her birthday.
