We celebrated our last evening in Whistler at Araxi Restaurant and Oyster Bar. We ordered a shrimp cocktail, two oysters, fresh house made pasta with wild mushrooms and spinach, and veal tenderloin with tortellini. It was all incredible! The pasta was cooked perfectly and very flavorful and creamy. The veal was tasty and the tortellini was unique and delicious. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back the next time we are in Whistler!
