Shizuku likes a lot Airi's bento, so Airi decided that some days they can switch lunch (those days both of them try their best in making their lunch delicious)
Kanade has the habit of skipping meals and Mafuyu doesn't really care (canon), so Ena and Mizuki got the habit of reminding them to eat. Ena is nice to Kanade about it but actually lectures Mafuyu over forgetting. Then Mafuyu says "your tone seems to have changed" and Mizuki laughs at them
