The Hall of Voices in Shi’Kahr, Vulcan.
Located in a subterranean amphitheatre near the grounds of the Vulcan Science Academy, the Hall has borne witness to some of the greatest debates over centuries of Vulcan civilization. It was here that Vulcan officials debated joining the United Federation of Planets in 2161.
