GBGFL (Gilgit Baltistan Girls Football League)

Initiated by the sisters of Shimshal, @inayat_sumaira and @karishmainayat The Gilgit-Baltistan Girls Football League is a mission aimed at providing sports opportunity for girls, alongside their education in remote areas. The tournament happens every year in the mountainous valleys, and the most recently held tournament attracted over 200 players who returned to take part in it. All the players are provided with basic playing equipment through donations and sponsorships. They are on a mission to improve the lives of underprivileged female football players in Pakistan.
