ALRIGHT, in no particular order, then:

Kamiya Hiroshi

I first heard him as Izaya (one of my top three favorite characters and the inspiration for my blog name in DRRR!! and since I loved the character, I loved the smooth, creepy voice too. I actually met a good friend because I mentioned liking him on reddit and she responded that he did BLCD (which I promptly hunted down and dear lord, his H voice gah.jasl,as;jd). Also, of what I’ve seen in interviews, he’s a nice guy.

Ono Daisuke

Basically another voice that seduces you (Shizuo, Sebastian, IZUMI oh my god he plays the best people). To add to that, though, he can SING.

I also love his friendship with Kamiya~. They’re really funny and they’ve done BLCD together which is the pinnacle of friendship in its own fantastic way haha.

Miyano Mamoru

He’s reallllly damn talented. Look at that fucking range. From Yagami Light to Suoh Tamaki to Masaomi Kida to Saruhiko Fushimi to Matsuoka Rin. Seriously, even though I can always recognize him, he surprises me every time with what he can do. He gets across the trickier stuff, such as tension.

  He too can sing (hnnnng). And his voice is just really attractive okay, when he’s being a psychopath and then when he’s laughing. THAT BEAUTIFUL MAN.

 In addition to all of that, he’s the funniest person. Just watch this video and try to tell me otherwise. Plus he’s a cutie!

Okay, as far as I’m concerned, they’re the seiyuu trifecta. As for two more…

Taniyama Kishou

Well, my obsession with Jean from SNK made me look him up and I screamed because, one, he was in UtaPri as the one who actually had an amazing voice, and two, have you seen him?

Then there’s the matter of HIS H voice. That is, really loud. Yes. I’m not sure if he 100% counts as a seiyuu since he’s outright stated he thinks he’s more suited to sing than voice act, but here you go. He’s in my top five for the moment, but I wouldn’t put him at the same level as the others in terms of range/ability!

Takahiro Sakurai

Whoops, all my favorites are guys. ANYWAY, a deep, soft voice. He plays a ton of characters I love, like Makishima from PSYCHO-PASS, Kira from Bleach, Kusuriuri from Monokoke (which is a masterpiece and you should look it up), Fakir from Princess Tutu, and Yaichi from Saraiya Goyou (highly recommended as well).

Honorable mentions (ones that I can think of, at least):

Kisaishi Atsushi - Aoba from DMMd’s seiyuu. His H voice is the best, his laugh is the best, his evil voice is great…

Ogata Megumi - sexy, husky lady voice, Shinji from Eva, Sailor Uranus from Sailor Moon.

Fukuyama Jun - ridiculous cutie who voices ridiculous cuties.

Tsuda Kenjirou - gravelly, REALLLLLLLY hot voice, Mikoto from K Project, Seijuuro from Free!, UNF).

Paku Romi - another lady who voices boys, great full voice, Hitsugaya from Bleach, Edward from FMA, Zoe from SNK.

Ishida Akira - LOVE the characters he plays. Kaworu from Evangelion, Kagari from PSYCHO-PASS, Ryuunosuke from Fate/Zero. He voices the light-hearted type a lot (the psychopathic light-hearted type in Kagari and Ryuunosuke’s cases). He sounds like such a sweetie/cutie.

Nanri Yuuka - she has a distinct voice that was adorable in Sakamichi no Apollon, not to mention her INCREDIBLE singing in FictionJunction. What a voice.
