Nah just ishida changing his twitter icon.

He likes to change his icon of a close up of his drawing just showing below the face like the mouth. Then to reveal later in the tg manga the full cover of that icon so you'll finally see the face.

So yeah his new twitter icon is a close up picture of his drawing again even though tg ended....

And now fans are trying to guess who it is lol.
