Good news for the J&W zine!📖

YIPPEE The zine is finally done! (≧∇≦) And I was able to order some test copies to see how it'll look!

This is a 5.5" x 8.5" perfect-bound book of 48 pages. 19 pages of art I've posted and 29 of new stuff! As this is my first time making a zine of my own, I was worried about how the artworks would end up looking like once they were printed out but I'm relieved by the quality of the final result :D I was also reminded that I could use the shimeji frames in it, so I included some😎

What's next?

After adjusting the few pages that needed adjusting, I've ordered a first batch of copies, which will get to me around the end of October at best, early November if there's a delay. Then it'll be time to open shop!! I'll share the specific date and all the details related to the release soon.

I'm making a J&W zine!!! ٩( ᐛ )و

It'll be a compilation of the comics I've posted here (excluding those based on fics) + new comics and some new artworks. For a total of 44 pages :>

It will be available on my ko-fi shop as a digital zine for a small price. I'd also like to make a physical version, if there's interest for it! (ㅅ´ ˘ `) The price estimate would be around 10-14 USD (without shipping).

The world must not forget that Jeeves knows how to make hankie bunnies. Forever grateful that Bun Katsuta saw this one fact and RAN with it in the manga🙏

Unlike the original version, here Jeeves asks Bertie if he'd like to have one too, to which Bertie only thinks to himself, "how dexterous..." Mind you, I'm basing this on mtl and a quick search in a dictionary but if this is really what they're saying, then what I find particularly hilarious is that he asks this right after Bertie realizes he's got the perfect opportunity to best Jeeves in the brain department. So now Bertie is reminded of the fact that, on top of being brainy, his valet is also frustratingly adroit (and I suspect Jeeves is being a subtle show-off).

Yes, the y.m. can have a hankie bunny too, as a lucky charm (ᴗ_ ᴗ ) Now off you go! Set your silly scheme in motion, Jeeves's spirit shall watch over you.

J&W zine release date 📖

Both the digital and physical zines will be up on my ko-fi shop on November 8th! Unlike the digital zine, there is a limited stock of physical zines (32 copies ready to be packed!).

The digital zine will be 10 CAD (about 7 USD) while the physical zine will be 18 CAD (about 13 USD). There's also some B-grade zines at a reduced price. Shipping cost will vary from 9 to 16 CAD (6-11 USD).

Details about shipping

For shipping, I will be using Chit Chats for Canadian orders, and Canada Post for US and international orders. As CP is currently doing rotating strikes after a nation-wide strike, this means that packages will take longer than usual to receive. Once they're dropped off, they may take from 2 to 4 weeks, or more, depending on your location. Also, only the Canadian and US packages will be tracked.

The physical zine will be available to all countries, except the EU/UK and a few countries that Canada Post cannot ship to (list will be on ko-fi). However, for EU/UK people, I plan on setting up an Etsy shop in the future.

Small update on how the zine is going: slowly but surely, that's how! All illustrations and comics are very nearly done :D Although... it's taking me longer than expected so I'll have to delay its release to late October. Not what I was hoping to do but I have to... ( ᵕ ◞ _◟) Hopefully I won't have to postpone it again.

That aside, I decided to add 4 pages to the whole thing so now it'll include 48 pages!
