soft thoughts ok ok.....i think poe is 100% the kind of guy who gets all smitten when you talk about something you’re passionate about.
say you come up to him all giddy and without intro just start talking about whatever it is that got you all excited, and he just leans against the wall with his arms crossed and a grin that reaches his eyes, completely focused on you. he might not understand what you’re talking about but he would never interrupt you with questions because my god look at the way you glow when you’re happy.
when you’re finished talking he says “come here”, and with a smirk that nearly makes your knees weak he brushes a thumb along your cheek before asking “do you have any idea how beautiful you are?”
and even though it was hard to focus on anything other than how much he wanted to kiss you, you can bet he remembered every word you said
AAAAAH I was completely unprepared for some soft Poe! Oh Alex 😭 this is so sweet and perfect. He doesn’t understand any of it; but he’s going to parrot some of it later. Like he’ll be talking to someone else and just randomly say “Oh yeah, early Trandoshan music’s influences are definitely pre-Sstanfyk.” And whoever he’s talking to is like “…what does that mean?” and he’s like “Um.
