Would you condemn a kid to a brutal death just for having the audacity to be born with magic? Seems a bit hypocritical coming from an elf." Not once in her life did she ever agree with this kingdom's methods of 'dealing' with those born with magic. The first thing they were taught when entering training for the Elven Guard though was that it was follow along with the laws of any land you were visiting, or commit treason and start a war. "It's different and you know that. I can't just let you walk out of here." Why couldn't you have been more careful. Why did it have to be her who found them. "I'll kill you, or you'll have to kill me if you want to take him." The girl's hand was steady, her words coming out without falter. The sequel to Watching Witches Burn is finally here! Or at least chapter one is. I have literally been planning this fic for six months now and finally was able to start writing it and I'm so excited to share it with the world :D
