well a psychiatrist and such shouldnt necessarily have to be claimed on insurance like i went to CAMS and i got referred to a psychologist and then a psychiatrist while they evaluated exactly what i had n it didnt cost me anything but idk what the situation is where u live

the thing w parents is that bc they're ur parent they have immediate power over u, n anything they say about u ppl will probably believe it, so if they're selfish and they dont know how to take care u they can be rlly dangerous and destructive 

also depression definitely makes me more tired as well bc it's emotionally exhausting and that has direct effects onto ur body as well, but i have anaemia so i dont know exactly how much the depression causes it idk
