(tell me something random ask) did you know some tropical rainforest frogs lay their eggs UNDER a leaf, just stick em up there, meters above a small creek below? so when the egg hatches the poor tadpoles get dropped up until EIGHT meters high and fall into the water where they mostly just eat algae until they’re a tiny frog. (some glass frogs species actually protect their eggs from being eaten by ants!!! their dad will fight bugs until the eggs have hatched)
