Okay true reasons are actually 2, (of why the Boofish ship made me uncomfortable at the time).

1. The way it was portrayed as like, close to The Dancing Boodoo's personalities though. As if it's implementing those exact blog characters were uh, a thing. (And like it would be XD because those two DO NOT stand each other) or more like Bellowfish only messes with Boodoo, or something. But ships are oke because, Jeebug is very canon, I confirm. LMaO

2. I admittedly did ship something so bad (like engrossed into the ship) to the point it started to hurt to see Bellowfish with anyone else, because it felt like: "Yeah so ummm I'm leaving you for this guy-" sort of thing. But it's none others' / you guys fault I guess, it's mine.

That ship being more like Arackulele and Bellowfish because in that world they always sit next to each other during movie night, in a post Boodoo described "those two are more closer to each other than I'm to either of them".

And mechs in that world are like nerds n stuff that spend some time with each other to build inventions and stuff and I do think it's a rather cool element, too. But yeah, personality wise I always thought Arackulele being patient to some extent (like chill and always neutral about things) because he's already been through enough and, manages to keep calm even in crazy situations lmao, Bellowfish is just this funny guy that, keeps being like the said attention whore n stuff but Arackulele finds it probably amusing that he is like that. So like Arackulele would probably indeed put up with Bellowfish's shit while, Bellowfish would understand why Arackulele is probably the way he is, dry-looking and everything most of the time with that neutral expression on his face.

On top of well, Boodoo in this specific world wants to be alone. Which is severely getting like, Aro-Ace vibes.

But yes if it's like, lowkey "your world with your hcs" I never saw it as a problemmm and I do support you all.

If any reason I feel this way it's mine for being too engrossed into something though, that at first seeing everything hurt lmao. And I'm still trying to actively avoid seeing that ship mostly because of the image that's set in my head about Boodoo and Bellowfish. But you guys do you at the end of the day and I wish you all to be happy and healthy.

First impression: He gave me major "the good guy who is stuck with an obnoxious egoist but just rolls with it, and he is the actual professional" when I first saw him in the game.. needless to say I was surprised to find out he was actually..less competent. But then it made sense to me, since he is a DJ first and movie maker second

Impression now: Very underrated and I am confused as to why he is not in the title and the final battle. The reason why i am so confused is because in the context of the game it is very unfitting. Cooking Cat had much less action and part in the plot, and she had more interactions in the finale.; though I understand that GfB was running out of time and resources

Favorite moment: For some reason the moments where he loses his cool for a second hit different. Like when you pick the p word, he says "DAAARLING!" and then corrects himself. Or when he gasped dramatically after seeing the picture he took of the Hat Kid and goes like "uhhhh.. darling, you're not very photogenic." He's like a drama queen but on the opposite spectrum of drama..queenness? from Conductor

Idea for a story: DJ Grooves knew about Conductor many years ago due to time travel accident in which Conductor from the future had visited Grooves when the latter was a kid. But the Conductor doesnt know it, and Grooves keeps it secret, acting like a casual rival, but deep down Grooves feels deep warmth toward him. ("You mean much more to me than you know" tropes make me weak, esp. where one has huge reasons that the other has no ideas about). Why did Conductor travel in time? Did he lose Grooves and out of grief went years back just to see him as a child? Was it an accident? I dont know;

Unpopular opinion: I like to headcanon Canon Grooves just as problematic as Conductor, just in different ways, I.e. whereas Conductor is very selfish, Grooves wants to do his "justice" and force his ideals on others. Im talking about the in-game Grooves, I dont touch upon au interpretations

Favorite relationship: i mean.. him with Conductor. The canon bickering is good; the fan interpretations are good and I remember I spent a night reading discotrain fanfics.. and in fanon, I like both dynamics (Grooves comforting Cond or vice versa) not just one. And I realized I tend to lean more toward Conductor being the supportive one;

Favorite headcanon: Grooves is very problematic deep down, he is just more cautious and subtle about it unlike Conductor. And also that he can slide on his stomach like rl penguins
