THE PLOT
With the upraise of the Shadow Creatures (Vampires, Witches, Werewolves, Fairies, Ghosts and more), the Humans fought tirelessly to protect their world and their homes in fear. The Shadow Creatures did not wish to hurt any humans but only to live in peace but the humans still declared their war. Five years into the war the Shadow Creatures won. The Humans admitted defeat. The world was no longer how it had been before. Some Shadow Creatures saw themselves as superior and treated the Humans poorly, even attacking and harming them in some cases. In order to protect the Humans, some Shadow Creatures volunteered in a “Mate” program.
Where they were placed with a human Mate to protect. In this process the mates souls were bound together, making them Soulmates. The Shadow Creature would feel compelled to protect the Human, and the Human would feel compelled to obey the Shadow Creature, As a matter of protection. The Shadow Creature could often sense when the Human was in trouble or in distress.The Humans are required to live with their protectors, and follow their rules (within reason of course). Every state has their own Safe House to protect the humans and their mates from the outside and the Shadows that might be violent. (Think American Horror Story Apocalypse Boys Academy House)
The Shadow Creatures have a government and law system they report to called the council, if any Human feels like they are not treated fairly they are welcome to report to the council.
Not all Soulmates get along or love each other but in most cases after some time most wind up falling in love, whether they wanted to or not.
THE CHARACTERS

The Human Male (Miles. Troye Sivan FC is taken) He is looking for his vampire mate. Who is a little over protective, but just has a good heart. He can be little cold and distant at times but he just needs some time to open up!
SHIP THREE ( m/f Looking for the Human & The Vampire )
BOTH are OPEN The vampire is female. She’s a bit of a princess only cause she’s come from royalty and is used to be being treated as such. The male is human, and he is adorkable. Clumsy, thinks he’s smooth but he is not.. and just has an innocents to him.
SHIP FOUR ( m/f Looking for the Warlock)
The human ( Kitty. Lalisa Manoban FC) is taken. She is looking for her Warlock mate. Who has a big heart, and puts others first.

BOTH are OPEN. The vampire (male) is a young vampire who has always had his life decided for him, since he has special powers. He wants to experience life and branch out. The male is a total bad boy, He just is so angry with the world and takes it out on others. He secretly wants to be loved and to be fixed but he just can’t let himself give in.
