“I’m on it, I’m on it,” Sam tiredly mumbled as he struggles to open his eyes. He managed to untangle himself from the sheets. Carrie’s crying could be heard getting louder the longer it took him to get out of bed. Any longer and they would have to deal with not one but two crying babies. He hurried to the baby room “ Shhh,princess, daddy’s here,” Sam bend down to scoop up the crying girl, rocking her in his arms. Turning, he checked the other crib and found Mark still asleep.
“I swear, you two are teaming up. Plotting how to give your dads as little as sleep as possible,” he joked as he walked into the kitchen. He was about to warm up a bottle when he heard some fussing back in the baby room, a clear sign that Mark was about to wake up as well. “B, a little help please,” he called out, already reaching for a second bottle.
