they're my fav as besties forced together bc their boyfriends are insane and stuck together. the insanity they could get in because yuki is chaos incarnate and mick is mick so he can probably get away with everything by just giving someone puppy dog eyes and reminding him of his last name.

but as a relationship its so soft and wonderful too. yuki teaching mick to be more demanding letting mick be louder and telling him he can claim his place and yuki who can probably be fully wrapped around by mick bc hes so so much broader, its such a good fucking brainchild if only we had more then a single podium

Mick/Lewis???

I fucking love schumilton. one of my fav ships. the idea of the guy, the 7x wdc, a myth, a living legend and the boy whos the son of one. the one person who is simply not impressed, not intimated because who cares ur just a guy, so was my dad ao are you.

lewis whos so used to the young drivers and their hero worship to the boys who ooh and aah who he can never have a normal relationship with and then theres mick, the perfect pretty boy with the confidence that was destined with the racing dna, the boy who has to fucking prove it all who just sees lewis and lew.

and mick who just loves lewis because hes kind and warm and caring but so closed off and he wants to know lew truly know him.

basically, good fucking dynamic. one of the best, 10/10 need more fics.
