Yes, but always lighthearted, and always bare-handed, not with paddles etc. A way of chastising each other for doing something stupid on a case, and for the spankee to concede to the other’s worry and fear for them.
Hotch/Morgan voyeurism
Morgan’s shower is positioned in his connecting bathroom so if you leave the door open, you can see it from the bed. Some mornings Morgan will get in the shower and jerk off, knowing that Hotch can see and that Hotch likes to watch.

I think the exploration of pain with sex and the dynamics of S&M would be a natural part of their relationship growth. I think Morgan would have reservations about hurting Reid, and there would be a lot of discussion about consent. Probably plenty of false starts and things that didn't work out.
