Afterword Tuesday 22nd August, 12:00 UTC
The performance issues Shiptheory faced yesterday was after a disproportionate increase in system traffic, originating from two of our partner channels.
Shiptheory had trouble handling the unexpected increase and as a result, users saw a considerable slowdown.
Afterhours on Monday, emergency maintenance was performed to roll out several optimisations across the Shiptheory network.
We are happy to report that the same high volume of traffic has been received today, without issue.
We take the stability of Shiptheory incredibly seriously and will continue to work on improvements to future proof our core infrastructure.
Much love! The Shiptheory Team
