Today's cheese is kanach panir!

Hailing from the Shirak region, kanach panir (also known as mklats panir) is a mold aged cheese, which is meant to give it flavor. Unlike other cheeses, it is not made with the intent to be eaten with a meal- though nobody is preventing you from doing so if you wish. Regrettably, I was unable to find a recipe for this cheese, only a general description of its preparation. It is made with block cheese, which gets salted and aged in either clay pots or leather bags. Afterwards, you poke holes in it to introduce oxygen and develop mold, which will soften the cheese and sharpen the flavor.

I was unable to find a definitive shopping link with which to find this cheese, but I did find listings for paneer- but that's where it gets confusing because paneer is the name for a fair few Armenian dishes? Maybe it's dishes with the cheese in it? It's hard to tell.

Na afloop van zijn show heeft Promario hem wat vragen gesteld over Vrijheid in NL, thema Geef Vrijheid Door,  eerste muziek salaris waar hij aan heeft gesplasht en zijn langverwachte debuut album.

Op 5 mei 2019 hebben Promario & Michael Kenton the stage Sena Performance Stage gehost @ Bevrijdingsfestival Groningen 2019.

Naast podium presentatie hebben wij in samenwerking met studenten van het Noorderpoort  College Kunst & Multimedia  ons ook bezig gehouden met het maken live registratie en interviews met de artiesten over o.a.  thema: Geef Vrijheid Door, vrijheid die je hebt als artiest.
