Behold new shinies, and a bit of a hopefully final ish design for a species I’ve had trouble with in a way-- something to set my angels and fallens as, without sacrificing some of the details and such I’ve done for them. And for a while I’ve had some previous designs that had already done [LINK] [LINK] then decided to change their legs to be the digigrade kind of legs. 

Then with their tails unfurling into transparent wings, I realized I could actually use this as the angelic species-- playing on the fact these wings and such are made of condensed energy shown visibly. They glow brighter upon using their energy, and when they are weaken, that glow is very dim if not diminished. The only other minor detail that’s not shown is that they’d have pointy ears. The Angelic selves having pawed feet-- clawed or not-- while fallens were exposed to a “corruption” virus or so that transform them some-- to grow horns and change their feet to be more draconic. Tails too I’d imagine, somehow. 

So. There we go! More to come of course!

Been debating on whether or not to just post this alone or go as far as drawing out the other angels and fallen and demons, but thaaat may be a bit much for now since I’ve got other projects that I want to get done before the year’s over.

That and been wanting to get this out-- drawing Raziel’s wings especially and just making nice pretty refs, even get that asshole at the end there drawn out.

John [Angel] He considers himself a generic angel; as generic as one can get, especially playing a harp. But he is a good dude, who has more kindness to give despite the occasional sarcastic snark. Took to writing too.

Shiriel [Virtue] Angel who resides over resonates, vibrations and sound waves. One who gives power to spells and incantations through vocalization/sounds, while helping other creatures use vibrations such as bunnies thumping the ground to warn others of danger. Lesser known due to the help of Raziel keeping them secret, for safety. Otherwise they’re an intuitive angel, pretty chilled and patient who enjoys helping others.  Raziel [Seraphim Archangel: Cherub, a member of the Ophanim, and chief of the Er'elim] Angel of Mysteries and Secrets. author of Sefer Raziel HaMalach ("Book of Raziel the Angel"), a book of secret knowledge and magick resides in. A quiet enigmatic guy and with vast intelligence, who keeps tabs over the balance between the divine and demonic, who ensures that some secrets are kept as such. 

Wormwood/Apsinthos [Fallen Angel] Fallen angel of curse and pestilence. An apothecary. Very intelligent, patient, and calculative, but chaotic and sadistic despite his calmer demeanor. He tends to lurk in the background, like an adviser who provides ways to help, but may be more dangerous than the person he’s helping. Sees Raziel as an ever present obstacle, which he doesn’t enjoy of course.
