Arson behind two families homes: intentional
There is no honor in arson; it is the soulless act of a permanently cowardly sociopath, and if carried out with an abject insanity to indoctrinate children that evil is good, the act should result in the coward having his neck snapped. If such absolutely demented trash is allowed contact with the children by the children's parents, then fuck those parents, their rights as parents should end, for they are not parents, they are nothing but monsters in their own children's nightmares.
This act of arson is evidence of a death threat delivered to two families, that had issues with their property management: Jennifer Umanzor, Travis DeCere, Nicole Brighalli and property owners Kyle and Nicole Ball. It was an arson, a retribution that was orchestrated by the Balls because of their anger towards both families for complaining about dangerous living conditions in the Balls properties, conditions that they the Balls avariciously and with total indifference to their tenants' welfare, forced upon their tenants.
An eviction would be illegal and difficult, as the Balls knew and they arranged an arson to threaten their tenants, concerned about their own past illegal behavior and that of Nicole Brighalli, Travis DeCere and Jennifer Umanzor, behavior that they felt would not only damn their eviction to illegality, but would also result in their exposure as criminals. The property was never legally transferred.
Arsonists for hire as babysitters is a gut wrenching notion of complete mental breakdown; it is psychosis, it's not something the Department of Children and Families should place high on it's list of Healthy and Preferred Home Activities.
