Welcome to the gray torture test room. In here I assembled the basics of Ulrika's npc shit, such as:
Height, walking pace, voice/sound reactions, stats, inventory, and many other tedious stuff.
I placed her along Navarre and a Nurse (who isn't shown in the video) to compare with. Notice how Navarre is taller and walks faster. I made Ulrika walk fast at first but her mesh's walking animation looked off, so I had to slow her down. She was also much taller at first, like Navarre (or maybe taller? can't remember) so once again I had to give her some of the Nurse's "pawn/display" traits.
For the inventory I gave her a pistol and a sword, but I'm thinking of swapping the pistol for a stealth one as it makes more sense with her characterization. She has a sword cuz... she's in Hong Kong.
As for her stats (i've seen your specs!) they are:
Head: 200
Torso: 200
Left Arm: 300
Right Arm: 300
Left leg: 200
Right Leg: 200
For comparison's sake, Navarre's are (off the top of my head, I might be wrong):
Head: 400
Torso: 300
Left Arm: 300
Right Arm: 300
Left leg: 300
Right Leg: 300
When killed I considered making her explode, but upon some pondering I realized mechanical agents like Navarre and Gunther do so because UNATCO planted an explosive device in them... Mhh, now that I think about it, it would make sense narratively for a mercenary/spy to explode upon death. Will add it to her later.
Now, I'm currently battling ConEdit (Conversation maker) as none of the fucking dialogues I'm doing are showing up and it's honestly driving me insane. (Although I'm not sure if it's ConEdit or UnrealEd where I'm fucking up.)
For Ulrika's voice I thought of giving her some of Leila Nassif's lines (IW) but she sounds too serious. Then Billie Adams came to mind, but she's far too mean. In the end I settled for Klara Sparks, so Ulrika has that air-headed valley girl tone to her. (Which is funny to me because she looks punkish/brooding but behaves the opposite.)
