President Trump was peppered with questions Tuesday by CNN correspondent Jim Acosta, who repeatedly asked him about his "s***hole" remark.  At the end of a joint appearance with Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev, Trump was asked by Acosta whether he said in a bipartisan meeting that he wants more immigrants from Norway.  "I want them to come in from everywhere. ...
