I’ve just queued my latest fic and I’ve had quite the shitty time of it. All my electronic devices are dying at the same time so I’ve had to do last minute editing on my phone. OH MY FUCKING GOD! What a nightmare. I can’t imagine writing a whole fic on this thing. Anyway, this is a note to let you know that I may take the fic down for proper fixing once reliable Internet service resumes.

BREAKING NEWS: the computer is being even slower! The ETA has gone from one month to two!

Wait- in an even more shocking development, it will now take 3 months!

The computer has now slowed down even further to a whole year and shows no sign of speeding up!

In an even crueler twist of fate, the download has dropped to a speed of less than a kilobyte per second and plans to take no less than two years to download! Fascinating!

It said 1000 days at one point but I didn’t hat a picture of that 🥲

Fun story! When I was younger, like 13/14, I had this piece of shit ibm laptop and it got so broken that the screen would remain burnt out unless I tilted the screen to exactly 101 degrees and the screen would light up Like I literally had to use a protractor

so, my computer runs on vista with a 60.something GB hard drive, and 1 GB ram [20.7 of the 60.something available]
