no starfish have spiky teeth like things underneath and the hole in the center is clenched and spiky. not like any butthole i've seen anyway

apartment is not an issue at all either. lots of fosters live in an apt. 

fostering is good also because the shelter provides all food and vet care. all you do is keep the kitten in your house until it's ready to be adopted.
