. u .
It had been too long since she had seen him- or anyone really- and although she wouldn't admit it, the loneliness was getting to her. Perhaps it was the fact that for the majority of her life, she had been plagued by the voices in her head. Life without them was strange, indeed. As to where everyone was, she had no idea, but the lack of people concerned her a little. Hopefully at least he was still around.
And that was why despite not being a student at his school, she had sneaked into the dorms. Hopefully he would at least appreciate the effort.
As she approached his room, she gave a small nervous sigh and, a little confused as to why she just did that, inwardly kicked herself. If he was there, she didn't want to be nervous. It was just Max- no one to be nervous over.
"Oi, Max!" she called as she stopped outside his door, rapping on it a couple of times lightly with her fist. Actually now that she thought about it, there was something to be nervous about. Had he forgotten what she said to him months ago, about loving him? Part of her hoped he had, while the other part... The other part would definitely be upset if that was the case.
Not that she would ever say that.
