I also have these humanizations of Shockwave and the Elite.

When I was thinking about the Shockwave design, I took the work of Anna Coleman Ladd as a reference.

And the design of the Elite is more inspired by biker costumes.

And a few sketches of all sorts (in the second picture, I was thinking about different versions of shockwave's faces)
