Shoes 👟! Nike, ASICS, Hoka One One, Brooks, New Balance, the list goes on from there. Then there are minimalist shoes, maximalist shoes, neutral, support, trail shoes... It can be overwhelming to know where to begin and how to find which shoe is the “right” shoe. 👉The easiest way to pick the proper shoe is to find the one that feels the best. Try on as many as you can, walk and run around the store in them. Yes you might look a bit funny but who cares! 👉If you want advice and feedback then check out a local running store and chat with their knowledgeable sales people. 👉Running shoes come in all shapes and sizes and all price ranges. Your shoes don’t have to break the bank - check outlet malls, online or even local race expos for good deals. 👉Finally, for optimal comfort and minimal injuries shoes should be changed out every 300-500 miles. I jot down on my calendar when I start new shoes, my hubby marks in sharpie pen on the side of the sole the start date. You can also just check the treads to see how worn and thin they are. There’s no better excuse to get new shoes so if you can’t remember how many miles, then just get new ones!! Need I say more? Anywhere you go, you’ll probably see at least one person wearing these. Vans have always been a popular shoe choice for most, but for the past couple of years, they have been a major trend. Not only are they offered at Vans stores, they are sold at many different retailers like Zumiez, Nordstrom, Footlocker, Journeys, and tons more. Even though they’ve come out with different colored checkered Vans, the most popular are the original ones -- black and white.

Nu sunt fan shopping. Personal nu îmi place să merg la cumpărături. Efectiv am o stare de disconfort când mă plimb printre rafturile magazinelor ca să-mi găsesc ceva de îmbrăcat. Mă enervez dacă petrec mai mult de 30 minute într-un mall.

Sesiunea mea de cumpărături înseamnă plimbarea pe lângă magazine, dacă au ceva ce-mi place în vitrină intru în magazin, dacă nu, nu. Sunt de părărere că oamenii afișează cele mai bune colecții în vitrină… prin urmare, dacă nu-mi place ce au afișat, e clar că nu are sens să mai insist.

Dar nu despre mine e vorba acum. Nu! E vorba despre SHOElala.

SHOElala este o sesiune de shopping altfel, în data de 30 septembrie 2017, de la ora 14.00, pe terasa Beyfin. Noncorformism, eleganță, stil și atitudine – cam astea sunt cuvintele care descriu accesoriile, hainele și pantofii aleși de The Sisterhood pentru tine.

Evenimentul va avea loc în aer liber și vine cu o multitudine de surprize, menite să-ți facă după-masă perfectă: DJ faini de tot, band-uri live (Slim Rocka, Ahe Aheronium, Made from Scratch, Aminda Nomade si Roje), designeri autohtoni, beauty corner și multeee plăceri pentru papilele gustative.

Dacă te gândești ce să faci cu princhindeii cât tu te relaxezi la shoping, fetele de la The Sisterhood s-au gândit deja: kids zone, unde copiii își văd de jocurile minune, cât tu te bucuri de tine.

Toți banii pe care îi vom adună la acest eveniment vor fi direcționați către campania Beard Brothers cu numărul 10, Enough is Enough.

Această campanie presupune strângerea a 30.000 de euro pentru reutilarea secției de arși din cadrul Spitalului Clinic Județean de Urgență Cluj.

Mă implic trup și suflet în toate proiectele caritabile în care-mi permit. Când spun permit, nu mă refer doar la bani, ci și la disponibilitate… atâta timp cât cred în ele.

În acest proiect, sincer să fiu, nu eu m-am implicat, ci Buburuza. Ea s-a implicat trup și suflet, chiar dacă noi, din păcate (pentru proiect), nu o să fim în Cluj când are loc evenimentul. Cu toate acestea, Lili a donat pentru proiect: geaca neagră, geanta (#CdjVinylBag) și rochiță cu gulere de piele
