of course, she did. when she landed on Earth, and after all the mess, she knew she can’t leave her family behind. daddy was too stubborn and Keith didn’t want to let his mom go. he felt it and he cried and cried so Krolia took them and together they are the defenders of the Earth! 

Also, daddy talks about the Earth and staff but Keith was too little to remember. They never were there actually, only protecting it from the space so Keith has only second-handed information about humans interests like music and cars.
