Another Sunday, another seven
1. I PRed 3 things at CrossFit this week!! wooohoo!! I hit 230# on my front squat, 410# on my deadlift, and 195# on my power clean. I know talking about lifting makes me sound like I am a meat head and all but I am just proud of the progress I am making so I don't give a fuuuuug.
2. I had a few regional 1 on 1s with the CORR members and that was fun. It is always exciting to talk to new members and hear the excitement in their voice. I am I will be of some influence to them in the upcoming months.
3. I was able to spend the entire Friday with one of my best friends. We ate good food, went to check out different parts of the city, got a little buzzzzed or "wasted" from a brewery tour, and more feasting.
4. I went to watch the Badger game with a few friends from college and high school. I got the spiciest wings I have ever had. It sucked but it was fun to watch the Badgers win!
5. I went to church today for the first time in months. I went alone, not really even sure why I felt like it today but I did. It was refreshing. But I was reminded as to why I do not go. :-/ I do believe in God very much, I pray and I am forever grateful for all I have, but I still am not sure if I believe in "religion"...anyway.
6. I made chili today in my crock pot. I am excited to see how it turns out! =)
7. I played catch with Viet on Saturday. It was actually a lot of fun. He also was a much better catcher than I thought. I need to play with him more. I spend time with him but we don't do enough playing of sports.
Reflection: I always hit these streaks where I am super productive and I feel like I am on a roll. How do I keep that going? What causes me to get "lazy" or lose that drive. Only I slow me down. So stop it!! Cruise!!
