OMG I just found this blog like a week ago because of englishblgames being active again. And now I'm totally invested, and want it NOW! Only problem is with downloading the fucker, plus adding english patch, and changing to Japanese setting. (btw do you have to turn back to American settings to play games you bought on steam)I was confused, took me 3 hours to get dramatic murder set up right... Anyway just wanted to let you know you got some new fans, good luck and thanks for the hard work!

You won’t have to wait much longer, I promise! We’re currently working on the last bits of formatting (literally checking for punctuation and spacing issues, plus testing for crashes) and reviewing/editing the oldest parts of the translation. We started this project about four years ago and Marfisa’s leveled up a ton since then, so the translation needs to level up too. :D
Oh, are you trying to install the demo? What version of Windows are you using? I’m using Win10 and I don’t remember having to change any settings, but I also have a terrible memory! Whatever my settings are, I can play games from my Steam library (and other games too) without changing anything, so once you get GH2 going, you shouldn’t have issues with other programs.
The only issue I can think of is having a Japanese font installed. You’ll want to make sure you have MS Gothic on your system. (MS Mincho and Meiryo will work as well, but the English text looks best in MS Gothic - the other two are a hideous mess imo.) I THINK there’s an option in Windows settings to add international fonts if you’re missing them, but that’s a question for Google rather than me - don’t want to steer anyone wrong on this!
