Conflicting Leadership
The Diviner had just finished his meditation for the day. Making his way down the plain white walls of the empty castle. Every step made an eery echoing sound, a soft constant reminder of how empty not only the castle was, but how the Diviner himself was feeling.
It was strange, yet familiar all at once. Saix was used to being alone for the longest, he had gone too soft and accustomed to the company of the one he'd lost. His time would come, the moment when Xehanort wished to complete his own control over the second of command. Until then, all Saix could do was wait..something he had once been so good at.
Wait.
Brushing cerulean locks from his shoulder, a scoff left pale lips. "Maybe I no longer wish to wait.." Again, his voice, just like his footsteps echoed off the plain white walls. Golden orbs watching the equally white marble floor until an all too familiar darkness reached him.
Xehanort.
The shard within his heart seemed to shiver, and the pale body shuddered. Swallowing thickly, he male could only continue, following the invisible cord that was leading him to the one that this darkness and the shard within him belonged to. His steps stopped short. Finding before him not the old, hunched over man that he'd been expecting..but the younger, but equally dangerous version of Xehanort.
"Xehanort....why are you hear?"
Maybe the young male would not notice the slight...disdain in his tone, he was after all rather bitter and pain for the sorrow that this one's older self was causing him. Maybe the child was just looking, and would not be bothered with him. He would never know until the silveret addressed him..
