Epic workout today. I hit mid-chest and arms. No cardio or abs. Mid-chest exercises included the single arm dumbbell chest press. I rotated in 3 sets of pushups to failure. I hit the peck dec and hammer strength chest press. I must have been feeling really good today because I hit all possible mid-chest exercises. For my arms I rotated preacher curls with tricep pushdowns. I did 5 sets of each. I reached my high during the 4th and 5th set. There is nothing better in my opinion than reaching a high from running, weightlifting or any other aerobic activity. I reach that high every back and shoulder day. There is something about activating the latissimus dorsi muscles and spinal erecotrs that really gets me that gym high. Thickness, density and core strength is a bonus and should never go overlooked.
