Yes, like during the time skip something happened and that’s when Ino grew out her bangs and styled them to completely cover the right side of her face. I don’t know if she could truly hide it from people because hair doesn’t simply stay but from it’d serve during mission to make it harder for enemies to spot her injured eye unless they were very close to her.
