It seems to be the case, yes. But in ep "209" he tells Liz that claiming he has the Fulcrum is one of the reasons he is still alive, so it's possible he has something else up his sleeve in case they call his bluff and try to take him out (it's Red we're talking about after all). And even if all else fails, it appears Liz really has the Fulcrum, and I doubt she would just let him die, so yes... things are starting to get really, really interesting now. :)

yes, I agree. rn I think this started out as Naomi described it to Liz, but then Red ended up developing actual feelings. Something real grew from the charade and now he is torn because no matter how much he cares for Liz, he can't just scrap his original plan and forget all about the Fulcrum, especially now that Fitch is gone and the Director has cranked up the heat, so to speak.
